    If you already have an Access Account (or a savings account, term deposit or SMSF account), you can continue to manage these accounts in the My AMP web and app.

    Currently, the new AMP Bank app offers everyday accounts for personal and business banking, along with a range of exciting new features designed for a seamless banking experience. And this is only the beginning, with more features and products being built as we speak – stay tuned!

    You won’t be automatically switched over. The new AMP Bank app experience has been built from the ground up, so you’ll need to sign up fresh – get started here.

    Savings accounts are coming soon to the new AMP Bank experience (mid 2025!). For now, you can continue managing your AMP Saver via your My AMP app.

    If you’re an existing customer and want to sign up to new the banking experience, you’ll need to download the new AMP Bank app. Think of it like upgrading your money toolkit! You can still use the My AMP app for your existing accounts alongside the new one.

    Yes. To help spot the difference between your AMP Bank accounts, products serviced through the new AMP Bank app will use BSB: 939-900 and have a new account number. Products serviced through My AMP will use BSB: 939-200.

    Everyday bank accounts are designed to give you easy access to your money. You can usually attach a debit card to the account, making it easy to pay for groceries, online shopping or withdrawing money from an ATM.

    The Australian Government provides a guarantee of combined savings balances with an authorised deposit taking institution up to $250,000 per customer.
