    What is the AMP Bank experience and app?

    The new AMP Bank experience is a smarter, faster and more intuitive way to manage your money. It offers a shiny new app (AMP Bank app), and fresh cutting-edge features designed to make your personal and business banking easier.

    Currently, the new AMP Bank app offers everyday accounts for personal and business banking, along with a range of exciting new features designed for a seamless banking experience. And this is only the beginning, with more features and products being built as we speak – stay tuned!

    Can I manage my existing accounts in the new AMP Bank app?

    No. The AMP Bank app is only available to customers who open an Everyday Account or Everyday Business Account. Access Accounts, Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, SMSF Accounts, Home loans, Offsets, and AMP Super and investments will continue to be managed in My AMP web and app.

    Do I have to join the new AMP Bank experience if I already have an Access Account?

    It’s totally up to you! If you’re ready to dive into the future of banking, then joining and opening a new account is easy. If you’re not quite ready, that’s okay too – you can continue using your Access Account in My AMP web and app.

    Will I automatically be switched over to the new banking experience?

    You won’t be automatically switched over. The new experience has been built from the ground up, so you’ll need to sign up fresh – get started here:
