How do I update my details?

    Updating your details online

    Update your contact details in My AMP:

    1. Log into My AMP
    2. Select 'View details'
    3. Select 'Personal details'.

    Once you're in the 'Personal details' section you'll be able to change your:

    • Email address
    • Contact numbers (home, mobile, work)
    • Home and postal addresses

    If you have updated an address you will be required to associate it to the relevant accounts.

    Updating your name


    To update your name, you'll need to complete a "change of name" form and provide 3 forms of identification.

    You'll need to provide:

    • a primary photographic ID document or
    • a primary non - photographic ID document and a secondary ID document

    Unsubscribing from our product emails

    To make sure we can continue to let you know about important updates to your products and services, you can’t unsubscribe from product email communications. But, you can change your communication preferences in My AMP.

    2. Select the profile icon at the top right-hand corner
    3. Choose 'Manage personal details'.

    What personal details can be changed within My AMP:

    • Email address
    • Contact numbers (home, mobile, work)
    • Residential and postal addresses

    If you need to change your security mobile phone number, please call us on 13 30 30. 

     
    Updating your name
     

    To update your name, you'll need to complete an "Identification verification" form, completing sections 2, 3 and 4. You'll also need to provide certified identification as outlined on page 3 of the form.
