Resetting password for My AMP
Forgotten your password for My AMP?
Take the folllowing steps:
- Visit the My AMP login page and select the Forgotten password option
- Enter your username and select to receive the password by email or SMS
- You will receive your temporary password via the selected option
- You can now log into your account using this temporary password.
Changing your password in My AMP
Take the following steps:
- Log into My AMP
- Select the profile icon at the top right-hand corner
- Choose the option to change your password.

Resetting your PIN for the My AMP app
Have you forgotten your PIN?
Take the folllowing steps:
- Access your AMP app and select 'More' from the login page
- Select 'Forgotten PIN'
- Review the terms and conditions
- Select a new pin and confirm it
- Confirm your My AMP login details.
Do you want to change your PIN?
Take the folllowing steps:
- Log into the AMP app on your mobile or tablet
- Select 'Settings' then 'Change PIN'
- Enter your existing PIN
- Choose your new PIN and confirm.
