Deceased estates
We want to make the process of managing a deceased estate as easy as possible for you. You can use the Deceased Estate Management Wizard below to manage shares that are held individually or jointly. If the shareholding is broker sponsored (the holder number begins with the letter X), please contact the managing broker directly to assist you with holding. If you do not know which broker is managing the shareholding, contact AMP Investor Relations on the numbers below.
To manage the details of the shareholding, you need to notify the AMP Share Registry that the shareholding is now an estate. You can contact the share registry as outlined below. The Deceased Estate Wizard can assist you with transferring the shares appropriately:

Combine your shareholdings
One shareholding is easier to manage
If you have more than one AMP shareholding you may wish to combine these shareholdings into one to make them easier to manage.
The benefits of one shareholding:
- you continue to hold the same number of shares
- you receive all your dividend details on one statement
- you only receive one copy of all communications materials
- you only need to maintain your address and bank details in one place.
To combine your holdings you need to complete the appropriate paperwork.
If you know all your holder numbers* and they all begin with the letter i you can download the form below and return it to Computershare. Please note it is important that you include your name and address on the top of the form.
