    Sign up to My AMP online banking. You’ll need your AMP Account, Member or Plan number. You’ll also need your phone handy so we can send you a security code.

      Call our automated phone banking service on 13 30 30. You can also speak to a contact centre representative.

    • Bank@Post at Australia Post

      Make withdrawals, deposits and balance enquiries at more than 4,200 Australian Post outlets.

    • Faster payment

      AMP Bank has connected to the New Payments Platform (NPP). So you may be receiving funds faster.
