Why now?
We launched our amp.com.au flagship website in the 1990s. Now almost 30 years old, our website has undergone five major redesigns since inception. The most recent was in 2019, which moved from a left menu navigation to a top bar navigation.
This redesign comes from an increasing need to deliver to customer expectations for digital experiences that are easy, intuitive and contemporary.

What hasn't changed?
While the new website may look different, the overall structure and many of the popular features have been carried over and given a slight facelift. You’ll find important contact numbers, frequently asked questions, forms and documents by clicking ‘Contact us’, ‘Help and support’ and ‘Resources’ links in the main menu at the top of every page.

- The biggest change is the ‘Mega’ menus reducing reliance on in page navigation.
- ‘Help and Support’ (including FAQs) and Contact Us can be accessed from any page on the website.
The new menu is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. You can navigate the menu by clicking on a main AMP product, (Personal Banking, Home loans, Business Banking, Super, Investments) where you will have an extensive list of subcategories to choose from.
My AMP web portal and app have not been redesigned - we are looking into this for 2025. Users can still navigate to register or log into My AMP as they can on the current website. My AMP app will mirror the new website changes and design.
FAQ’s can be accessed through the ‘secondary’ menu located at the top of the page under the Help & Support drop down menu.
Forms can be accessed through the ‘secondary’ menu under the Resources tab drop down menu, Find a Form.
The Resources tab centralises resources which are currently spread across many pages on the current site to make them easier to find from any page.
The Resources tab navigates you to Tools & Calculators, Insights, Find a Form, Target Market Determination (TMDs) and Product Disclosure Statements (PDS).
