This year NAIDOC Week theme is ‘For Our Elders’ and AMP is proud to play our part in helping empower First Nations communities through our Reconciliation Action Plan initiatives.
One of our most recent initiatives has been the Namaru pre-employment program with TAFE NSW Eora Campus, helping First Nations students build the skills for roles in our AMP Contact Centres. Our Head of Indigenous Programs. Binowee Bayles recently caught up with one of AMP’s newest recruits, Carla Smith, who joined AMP almost four weeks ago through the program.
