1. The promoter is AMP Bank Limited ABN 15 081 009 (AMP Bank), AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 234517.

2. AMP Bank will credit $50.00 AUD into your Everyday Account or Everyday Business Account (Cashback) on your AMP Bank app if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

i) you open an AMP Bank Everyday Account or AMP Bank Everyday Business Account on your AMP Bank app by 11.59pm Sydney time on Friday 21 March 2025; and

ii) you complete a minimum of five (5) purchases (via Apple Pay, Google Pay or your AMP Bank Debit Mastercard) available with your AMP Bank Everyday Account or AMP Bank Everyday Business Account on your AMP Bank app between 9.00am Sydney time on Saturday 1 March 2025 and 11.59pm Sydney time on Monday 31 March 2025.

3. The Cashback will be paid into the eligible Everyday Account or Everyday Business Account by Wednesday 30 April 2025. The Everyday Account or Everyday Business Account must remain open at the time of payment to be eligible for the Cashback.

4. Only One (1) Cashback will be paid into per account type (Everyday Account or an Everyday Business Account) on your AMP Bank app. You will be able to claim two (2) Cashbacks on both an Everyday Account and Everyday Business Account if you hold both accounts with AMP Bank on your AMP Bank app. Each customer is eligible for a maximum Cashback of $100.

6. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the AMP Bank, AMP Bank may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to State or Territory regulation.
