How we assess our products
We use this assessment to determine areas of focus so we can continually improve outcomes for our members.
The main features we measure include:
Investment performance: Including investment strategy, investment risk and net returns.
Fees & costs: The basis for setting fees and appropriateness for members are included.
Member experience: Including the options, benefits and facilities offered to members.
Insurance offering: For members including the insurance strategy and level of premiums.
Scale of the fund: Including operating expenses and benefits to members.
Assessment summary
The Trustee set a strategy in 2020 to transform our super funds to deliver enhanced outcomes for members through lower fees, better investment returns and service experiences. We've been making progress by implementing our strategy, and we're starting to see positive results.
The Trustee has determined that it is promoting the best financial interests of MySuper and Choice accumulation and pension members across products within the AMP Super Fund and Wealth Personal Superannuation and Pension Funds (Wealth Fund).
