Recently, several AMP Bank customers have reported receiving fraudulent calls from scammers pretending to be part of our AMP Bank Fraud team. These scammers claim to be calling customers to discuss alleged fraudulent transactions on their AMP accounts, asking for usernames, passwords, and other personal information.
Please note:
If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to represent AMP Bank, to ensure the caller's legitimacy, advise them that you will call back on 13 30 30. If you believe your personal details may have been compromised, contact us immediately by calling 13 30 30 (option 2).
