Get set up to bank online with My AMP
You can now register for My AMP online banking and begin to use the My AMP mobile app. Simply download the app or visit amp.com.au to get started. You need to complete this step so that you can manage your banking online.
Activate your Visa debit card
Once you’ve registered for My AMP, you’ll be able to activate your Visa debit card and change your PIN online. You can also provide your card details to the merchants you make regular payments to or set up any new regular payments. Please be aware that your previous Visa debit card has now been deactivated.
Making your loan payments
You can make payments to your AMP Blue home loan in the same way as you make your loan payments to your existing loan or offset sub account. Your new AMP Blue home loan BSB and account number will be included in the email we’ll send you at the end of February. You can then set up regular payments from another bank account to your AMP Blue home loan. We’ll also send you an SMS reminder 48 hours before your payment is due.
You can also set up a direct debit arrangement to make it even easier to make your loan repayments, as you won’t need to make any adjustments if the rates and repayments change. You can manage your repayments and request for a direct debit to be set up in My AMP. You can do this any time after your loan has transferred over to AMP Bank.
If you don’t make regular payments to your home loan and you have sufficient funds available in redraw, we’ll take the payments from your redraw. We’ll also tell you when we do this.
