Why has this happened?
Nano's business has evolved to provide technology to financial services companies rather than being a home loan provider. To ensure you continue to have a great home loan product with the same competitive rates and no ongoing fees, the decision was made to move your home loan to AMP Bank.
We’ve created the AMP Blue home loan especially for you
We’ve retained many of the great features of your previous loan, including the same competitive interest rate and no annual or ongoing monthly fees charged by us.
Whilst variable interest rates can change from time to time, your loan was transferred to AMP Bank at the same competitive variable interest rate it had at the time of transfer.
No annual or ongoing monthly fees charged by us. Fees for special services apply, and fees may apply when you discharge your mortgage.1
Reduce the interest you pay on your loan with an offset deposit account.
The transfer gives you access to a range of additional features and services available at AMP Bank. However, there are also changes to some of your existing product features and loan terms and conditions.
Register for online banking
My AMP
You can now register for My AMP online banking and begin to use the My AMP mobile app. You’ll be able to access any redraw in your loan and also set up any regular payments using the payee biller codes and bank account details you copied from your previous home loan account before the transfer.
Activate your Visa debit card
Once you’ve registered for My AMP, you’ll be able to activate your Visa debit card and change your PIN online. You can also provide your card details to the merchants you make regular payments to or set up any new regular payments. Please be aware that your previous Visa debit card has now been deactivated.
