Have you forgotten your password?
Take the following steps:
- Visit the My AMP login page and select the Forgotten password option.
- Enter your username and select to receive the password by email or SMS.
- You will receive your temporary password via the selected option.
- You can now log into your account using this temporary password.
Want to change your password?
Take the following steps:
- Log into My AMP.
- Select the profile icon at the top right-hand corner.
- Choose the option to change your password.

Resetting your PIN for the My AMP app
Have you forgotten your PIN?
Take the following steps:
- Access your AMP app and select 'More' from the login page.
- Select 'Forgotten PIN'.
- Review the terms and conditions.
- Select a new pin and confirm it.
- Confirm your My AMP login details.
Want to change your password?
Take the following steps:
- Log into the AMP app on your mobile or tablet.
- Select 'Settings' then 'Change PIN'.
- Enter your existing PIN.
- Choose your new PIN and confirm.
