How can I access my accounts?

Managing your AMP accounts has never been easier. You can access your finances simply and securely on your desktop or on the move with AMP's digital solutions. Once you've registered, you'll be able to:

  • Manage your bank accounts
  • View your AMP accounts
  • Receive your statements and correspondence online.

How do I register for My AMP?

To register for My AMP you'll need your AMP account number and a valid email address.  You'll need to:

  1. Go to the My AMP registration form
  2. Complete details on the registration page including where you would like your activation code to be sent (to your email address or mobile phone)
  3. Click Receive your activation code
  4. Activate your account.

How do I download the My AMP app?

To manage your AMP accounts with the My AMP app:

  1. Download the My AMP app from your providers' app store
  2. Choose a four digit PIN
  3. Let us know if you have a My AMP account, then enter your existing My AMP username and password. If you haven't registered for My AMP, you can register through the app.

Where can I find my account number?

You can find this on your welcome letter, bank or member statement. If you don’t have these on hand, please call us on 1300 657 801. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm (AEST).

How do I reset my online banking password?

Have you forgotton your password?

Take the following steps:

  1. Visit the My AMP login page and select the Forgotten password option.
  2. Enter your username and select to receive the password by email or SMS.
  3. You will receive your temporary password via the selected option.
  4. You can now log into your account using this temporary password.


Want to change your password?

Take the following steps:

  1. Log into My AMP.
  2. Select the profile icon at the top right-hand corner.
  3. Choose the option to change your password.
  4. For any help or questions, call our technical services team on 1300 300 465 Monday to Friday 8:30am – 7pm AEST.
