You can simply cancel your Visa Debit card using the My AMP app if you no longer need it.
- Login or register for My AMP app.
- Click 'More' on bottom right and select 'Manage cards' from the menu.
- Select the card you want to cancel.
- Select 'Cancel card'.
- Confirm the card you want to cancel.
- Once you Confirm cancel card, you'll see an alert reminding you that cancelling your card will immediately block it from further use.
- Click Yes continue and you'll see a second message checking that you agree for your card to be cancelled.
- Once you select Cancel card, you'll get a security code challenge, so keep your mobile phone handy.
- You'll see a confirmation message and reminder to cancel any recurring payments on this card.
If you need to reorder a replacement card, call us on 13 30 30 as you won’t be able to request one using the My AMP app or web.
